Terms and Conditions
- All reservations are final: dates of stay cannot be changed, and cancellations are non-refundable. The same applies in the event of late arrival or early departure. No exceptions.
- A tourist tax is payable upon arrival (€1.87 per night per adult), which is paid in full to the city.
- Presentation of ID upon key pickup and a €250 security deposit, payable by check or cash against a receipt. It will be returned upon checkout if no damage is found.
- The listed price is for 2 people sharing the same bed. A third person is possible for an additional fee (a child aged 2 or older is considered one person).
- Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
- No smoking indoors (€75 will be deducted from the security deposit in case of non-compliance).
- Clean, well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge (not allowed on the bed or sofa;Â please bring your own supplies).
- The accommodation must be left in an acceptable state of cleanliness: dishes clean and dried, oven cleaned, refrigerator emptied, and trash taken out.
- CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM / CHECK-OUT TIME: before 11:30 AM. We are flexible when possible (a surcharge may apply).
