• All reservations are final: dates of stay cannot be changed, and cancellations are non-refundable. The same applies in the event of late arrival or early departure. No exceptions.
• Reservations with partial payment (does not apply to reservations paid in full prior to arrival) : The remaining balance of the rental fee must be paid in full no later than the 1st day of the stay, prior to the handover of the keys. In the event of a no-show (failure of the guest to arrive on the scheduled check-in date), the reservation will be automatically cancelled. We shall retain any deposit already paid as compensation (NO refund).
• The total amount includes a 1.9% Processing Fee.
• A tourist tax is payable upon arrival : €1.87 per night per adult.
• Presentation of a valid ID at check-in, along with a €200 security deposit (refunded at checkout provided no damage has been reported).
• The listed price is for up to 2 people sharing the same bed. A surcharge applies for a 3rd guest or the use of the extra bed. A child aged 2 or older is considered one person.
• Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
• No smoking indoors (€75 will be deducted from the security deposit in case of non-compliance).
• Clean, well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge (not allowed on the bed or sofa; please bring your own supplies).
• The accommodation must be left in an acceptable state of cleanliness : clean dishes, clean oven, empty refrigerator, and trash taken out.
• CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM / CHECK-OUT TIME: before 11:00 AM. We are flexible when possible (a surcharge may apply).
• Your partial or full payment confirms your informed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
