• The maximum occupancy is 2 guests (additional guests are PROHIBITED for all or part of the stay).
• Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
• Clean, well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge (strictly prohibited on the bed and sofa; please bring your own supplies).
• Strictly non-smoking accommodation (we will retain the security deposit in case of non-compliance).
• The accommodation must be left in an acceptable state of cleanliness : clean dishes, clean microwave, empty refrigerator, and trash taken out.
• CHECK-IN TIME: from 4:00 PM / CHECK-OUT TIME: before 10:00 AM.
• Numerous surveillance cameras with recording capabilities in all common areas of the building (entrance, hallways, elevator, etc.). No camera in the studio.
