• All reservations are final : dates of stay cannot be changed, and cancellations are non-refundable (the same applies in the event of late arrival or early departure). No exceptions.
• Reservations with partial payment (does not apply to reservations paid in full prior to arrival) : The remaining balance of the rental fee must be paid in full no later than the 1st day of the stay, prior to the handover of the keys. In the event of a no-show (failure of the guest to arrive on the scheduled check-in date), the reservation will be automatically cancelled. We shall retain any deposit already paid as compensation (NO refund).
• The total amount includes a 1.9% Processing Fee.
• Tourist tax payable upon arrival : €0.88 per night per adult.
• Presentation of a valid ID at check-in, along with a €200 security deposit (refunded at checkout provided no damage has been reported).
• The listed price is for up to 2 guests sharing the same bed.
• Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
• No smoking (€75 will be deducted from the security deposit in case of non-compliance).
• Clean, well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge (not allowed on the bed or sofa; please bring your own supplies).
• The apartment must be left in a reasonably clean condition : clean dishes, clean oven, empty refrigerator, and trash taken out.
• CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM / CHECK-OUT TIME: before 11:00 AM. We are flexible when possible (a surcharge may apply).
