• All réservations are final : dates of stay cannot be changed, and cancellations are non-refundable. The same applies in the évent of late arrival or early departure. No exceptions.
• A valid ID must be presented at check-in, along with a €500 security deposit (refunded at checkout provided no damage is found).
• Maximum occupancy : 2 guests. Additional guests are not permitted for all or part of the stay.
• Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
• Non-smoking accommodation (€150 will be deducted from the security deposit in the event of a violation).
• The accommodation must be left in an acceptable state of cleanliness: dishes in the dishwasher, clean oven, empty refrigerator, and trash taken out.
