Terms and Conditions

  • All reservations are final : dates of stay cannot be changed, and cancellations are non-refundable. The same applies in the event of late arrival or early departure. No exceptions.
  • A tourist tax is payable upon arrival (€3.96 per night per adult), which is paid in full to the city.
  • Presentation of a valid ID upon key pickup and a €500 security deposit (returned upon checkout if no damage is found; by check or cash with a receipt).
  • The listed price is for up to 4 people. A surcharge applies for a 5th person or the use of the 5th bed (extra bed) without distinction. (A child aged 2 or older is considered one person). Additional guests are not permitted for all or part of the stay.
  • Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
  • No smoking indoors (€100 will be deducted from the security deposit in case of non-compliance).
  • Clean, well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge (not allowed on beds or sofas; please bring your own supplies).
  • The beach cabana (table + 4 chairs + umbrella + children’s toys) is subject to the city’s annual opening dates (April 1 to November 1) and operating hours.
  • Noise disturbances are always possible in the city center (double-glazed windows throughout).
  • Security cameras are installed in the building’s common areas and the parking lot (no cameras inside the apartment).
  • The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition: dishes in the dishwasher, ovens cleaned, refrigerator and freezer emptied, and trash taken out.
  • CHECK-IN TIME: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM / CHECK-OUT TIME: before 12:00 PM. We are flexible when possible (a surcharge may apply). However, you may park in your designated parking space while waiting to receive the keys.
  • Your partial or full payment confirms your informed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
